Initiate Request
Log into your Patiyala Shop account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the item you wish to send back.
Pack the Item
Carefully place the garment in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed invoice to ensure smooth processing.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a physical or digital pickup receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
